Cancellation
At Dhaval-J-Patel, every project is planned, scheduled, and resources are allocated immediately after an order is confirmed. Therefore, all service bookings are considered final.
Once an order has been placed and payment has been successfully processed, the order cannot be cancelled.
We strongly recommend that you carefully review the scope of services, pricing, timelines, and deliverables, and perform your own due diligence before placing an order. If you have any questions, please contact us before making payment.
Refund Policy
We maintain a strict No Refund Policy.
All payments made for our services are non-refundable. Once an order has been confirmed and work has been scheduled or commenced, no refund, whether full or partial, will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
Change of mind after placing the order.
Change in business requirements or priorities.
Delay in providing required information, content, approvals, or access from the client's side.
The client deciding not to continue with the project.
Dissatisfaction arising from expectations beyond the agreed scope of work.
Client Responsibility
Before placing an order, it is the client's responsibility to:
Review the service description and pricing carefully.
Ensure the selected service meets their business requirements.
Seek clarification regarding any questions before making payment.
By placing an order, the client acknowledges that they have completed their due diligence and agree to proceed under this Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Exceptions
A refund may only be considered if:
The payment was processed more than once for the same order due to a technical or billing error; or
We are legally required to provide a refund under applicable law.
Any approved refund, if applicable, will be processed only after verification.
